Admissions Timeline
Once all required application materials have been received, applicants can generally expect the following:

- Issuance of Form I-20 (for eligible F-1 students)
Processing times may vary depending on application volume and completeness of submitted documents. After admission is offered, students should submit financial documentation promptly to avoid delays in receiving their I-20.
Student Visa Support
After admission, SUNY Poly's Office of International Admissions and International Student Services provides support with Form I-20 issuance, SEVIS guidance, visa preparation resources, pre-arrival information, orientation, and ongoing immigration advising after students arrive in the United States. From admission through enrollment and beyond, we are committed to helping international students navigate the process with confidence and successfully begin their academic journey at SUNY Poly.
